Job Description
As an Engineering Automation Maintenance Manager (Off Shift) , you will be accountable for providing leadership and overseeing the day-to-day operation of the automation maintenance department, including functions associated with maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, operation, and repair of production equipment to ensure equipment OEE goals. Act as liaison with production and engineering departments in the prioritization of projects and repairs. Ensures documentation, procedures, and metrics are kept up to date and in compliance. This position will oversee both 2nd and 3rd shift personnel. Shift hours listed below. 2nd shift

- 11:00pm What you can expect in this role: Lead the 2nd and 3rd shift automation maintenance department.
Education and Experience:
4-year Degree in engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, industrial, manufacturing) from a college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years' experience in a maintenance supervisory role in a manufacturing/production environment . E xperience implementing and managing program level initiatives. Knowledgeable and experienced with manufacturing, automation, and process control equipment. Solid technical background with strong troubleshooting, diagnostics, and process improvement skills with automated manufacturing, automation controls, and process control equipment. USDA, and ISO experience preferred.What you need to succeed:
High level of knowledge and experience with maintenance management, preventive maintenance, and TPM. Knowledgeable in Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), tracking problems, spare parts, work orders, etc. Strong interpersonal, leadership, management, and supervision skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Superior technical writing skills for developing SOPs, engineering change orders. Strong project management and planning. Proficient in MS Windows and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Quick learner with the desire and ability to learn and grasp new technology, equipment, and skills. Collect, analyze, and organize data to present in a form that aids root cause analysis. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to perform well both independently and in teams. Ability to read mechanical blueprints, electrical and fluidic schematics, and process control flow charts. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to generate, interpret, and explain with clarity, complex mechanical design drawings and documentation.Other preferred skills and abilities:
