Your proactive approach and expertise in sales, negotiation, and project management will be essential in transforming prospects into long-term partnerships. Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach. Develop comprehensive business development plans aligned with company objectives to maximize growth potential. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders using CRM software to track interactions and progress. Lead negotiations to secure deals that benefit both the client and the organization, ensuring mutually advantageous agreements. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. Utilize BIGIN and other CRM tools to monitor sales pipelines, analyze data, and refine outreach strategies for optimal results. Experience Proven experience in business development or sales roles within a competitive industry environment. 8-10 years of diversified industrial experience. Engineering background or strong technical experience. Proficiency in MS Office and virtual collaboration tools. Strong client relationships across Automation (ICE + EV), Agriculture & Construction Equipment, Machine Tools, Robotics and Material Handling. Strong knowledge of CRM software such as BIGIN or equivalent platforms for managing customer relationships. Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, sales execution, negotiation, and project management. Excellent communication skills with a talent for building lasting customer relationships. Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques to support lead generation efforts. Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop integrated growth strategies.
