This full-time day shift position offers the opportunity to provide vital respiratory testing services across multiple outpatient office locations. The ideal candidate will be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program, have a valid Michgan License and a Registered Respiratory Therapist Certification. This role requires adaptability, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to advancing patient outcomes through precise pulmonary diagnostics. Duties Calibrate, perform and interpret pulmonary function tests in accordance with ATS/ERS standards Conduct testing (via body box and portable machine) including: Spirometry Lung Volumes Diffusion Capacity Nitrogen Washout Ensure accurate, high-quality data collection for patient records Maintain and regularly update pulmonary function testing equipment Educate patients, physicians and new employees as needed on pulmonary function testing procedures

Qualifications:

Knowledge of physiology, anatomy related to the respiratory system, and pulmonology principles essential for accurate testing interpretation. Certification as a Respiratory Therapist (RRT); Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Valid Michigan Licensure Experience working outpatient clinics is advantageous Valid Drivers License and own transportation Ability to work in Farmington Hills, Novi and Howell locations

Pay:

$35.00 - $36.00 per hour
