Our team is currently hiring for a broad range of experience levels including Associate (Level 2), Experienced (Level 3) or Senior (Level 4) Airplane Equipment Installation Design Engineer.Primary Responsibilities:
Develops and maintains basic electrical product detail, assembly and installation designs (e.g., equipment racks, power panels, cable routing and geometry, antennas). Develops and maintains basic cable/wire harness detail and assembly designs. Assists with engineering design disposition on discrepancies (e.g., rejection tags, production action requests, shop revision requests). Follows documented processes, specifications and procedures that support the design and manufacture of electrical commodities. Collects data to support the development of statements of work. Assists in data gathering of supplier capabilities. Reviews functional and physical input used in the development of integrated design and system architecture. Individual shall be able to work under general direction Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering (with a focus in Mechanical , Aeronautical or Electrical), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement. 2+ years of experience with wire design/wire harness installation and/or equipment installation. 2+ years of experience working with computer aided design (CAD) such as CATIA, Solidworks, Siemens, NX. Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Level 3 : 5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Level 4 : 9+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Model-Based Definition (CATIA V5 or higher, Solidworks, Siemens, NX), ENOVIA, and PDM Experience using all the Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Ability to quickly adapt to program tools and procedures Knowledge and ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings. Skill and ability to collect, organize, synthesize, and analyze data; summarize findings; develop conclusions and recommendations from appropriate data sources.Conflict of Interest:

Associate (Level 2): $91,800- $124,200 Experienced (Level 3): $112,200
