Job Description The successful candidate will lead test conduct through coordination of flight test operations with the various functions and support groups in the organization (Flight Operations; Flight Test Operations; Instrumentation & Data Systems - Test Software & Telemetry, System Design & Development, System Design, Installation Design, and Operations; Fabrication and Assembly).

Position Responsibilities :

Supports the development and verification of test methods Develops detailed test procedures, and instrumentation and configuration definition, needed to perform the test and minimize risk within the constraints of the test plan Performs detailed planning and execution of aircraft ground and flight test Reviews test data, including off-nominal data, for accuracy, quality and/or fidelity prior to delivery to customer Prepares and publishes test reports to document test results and satisfy requirements Presents test results internally Archives data and reports Trains/Guides junior test conductors with their career development in flight test

Required Skills:

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry 5+ years of experience with the principles of flight test OR experience directly supporting flight test operations 5+ years of experience in planning and conducting system level lab, ground, or flight testing 100+ hours of control room experience as a

Test Conductor Preferred Skills:
