Apply now Posted on August 19, 2026 You will be the Aeronautical Engineer for the Advanced Development Programs - Skunk Works which is responsible for designing and integrating next‐generation weapon systems.What You Will Be Doing:
As the Aeronautical Engineer you will be responsible for driving the integration and design synthesis of Special Mission programs while collaborating across a multi‐disciplinary team.Your responsibilities will include:
Help lead integration and design synthesis across aerodynamics, structures, propulsion, thermodynamics, electronics, controls, and actuation. Support and conduct multi‐disciplinary system trade studies to optimize performance and cost. Coordinate with fabrication, assembly, MRB, quality, and supply‐chain teams to ensure smooth production operations. Generate and present technical and administrative materials for customers and internal stakeholders. Mentor early‐career engineers and champion One‐LM culture across cross‐functional teams.Who You Are:

- Bachelor's or above Degree in an Engineering Discipline
- Experience in airframe structure design and analysis
- Experience with metallic and composite design
- Experience with CATIA V5 and or 3DX Desired skills :
- Experience with GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- Experience working with LM Client
- Experience interacting with suppliers, external customers and Production Operation
- MRB coordination and support
- Experience with hand stress analysis
