Basic Qualifications Engineer:
(Level 2) Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Aerospace structural design OR an MS degree in STEM with 0 years of related experience Experience with Project management tools and willingness and motivation to learn new tools Understanding of the Engineering Life cycle process Strong focus on data, budget management, organization and clear communication across multiple levels Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final U.S adjudicated government Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company.Basic Qualifications Principal Engineer:
(Level 3) Bachelors in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of experience in Aerospace structural design OR an MS degree in STEM with 3 years of related experience Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously. Experience with Project management tools and willingness and motivation to learn new tools Strong focus on data, budget management, organization and clear communication across multiple levels Strong understanding of engineering project lifecycles, from requirements and design through test and delivery. Proven ability to prepare and deliver presentations to customers and/or senior leadership. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to track tasks, manage schedule trackers, and prioritize in a multi-project environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to coordinate across diverse technical teams. Your ability to obtain and/or transfer and maintain the final U.S adjudicated government Secret clearance and any program access(es) required for the position within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the Company. Preferred Qualifications B2 Program Access Practical experience building and using dashboards and reports in Tableau, Power BI, or similar analytics tools. CAM Certified Electrical or Aerospace engineering Degree Experience integrating mechanical and electrical subsystems on complex products or systems. Familiarity with additional tools (e.g., MS Project, Confluence)Primary Level Salary Range:
$91,800.00- $137,600.
Secondary Level Salary Range:
$114,000.00- $171,000.
