!!Job Description:
Key responsibilities Your responsibilities will include: Analyzing and optimizing CCA and module manufacturing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality Identifying and implementing process improvements across multiple CCA programs and utilizing tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies Learning to create and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures, and design specifications for fixtures and stencils Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and maintenance, to ensure seamless implementation of process changes Work closely with senior engineers to gain experience and learn manufacturing processes. Conducting experiments and trials to validate process improvements and ensure compatibility with existing equipment and systems Providing technical support and guidance to production staff, including training and mentoring as neededSkills:
