You are being redirected Once you are on the page, please click the refer button Job Overview Qualifications Benefits Job Overview The PRS Automation Engineer will be responsible for managing test automation project deliverables, including scope, timing, communication, and risk, while closely collaborating with DVPE leads, HiL leads, and execution leads; developing automated test procedures for PRS components and system-level functions; creating automated test cases for execution in xIL environments, especially HiL; analyzing automated test execution results to identify issues, determine root cause, and collaborate with responsible teams to drive resolution; supporting the planning and execution of validation activities within Agile development cycles, including sprints and program increments (PIs); and defining the automation strategy and roadmap, aligning stakeholders, prioritizing deliverables, ensuring process standardization and quality, tracking progress and KPIs, and driving continuous improvement across PRS automation activities.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Software Engineering, or a related degree Minimum of 8 years of engineering experience Experience with dSPACE ControlDesk and AutomationDesk software Experience developing software using compiled and interpreted languages such as C++, Python, Visual Basic, Synect, MATLAB, Simulink, and Stateflow, along with their respective IDEs Experience working with embedded controller networks (CAN, LIN) and using ECU diagnostic and communication tools (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer) to verify and troubleshoot distributed hybrid vehicle systems Possess strong knowledge of automation tools, strategies, and techniques to support efficient validation Strong understanding of ECU communication protocols (CAN, LIN, etc.) and diagnostic protocols such as UDS and Keyword Protocols Strong understanding of PRS (Propulsion System) features and operations Strong understanding of BEV operation and battery system features Knowledge of xIL platforms and tools, including HiL, FIU, and INCA Experience working cross‑functionally Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem‑solving skills Benefits Salaried Employee Benefits (US, Non-Represented) Health & Wellbeing Comprehensive coverages encompassing the Physical, Mental, Emotional, and overall Wellbeing of our employees, including short- and long-term disability.
