You'll work hands-on with the team, collaborate across departments, and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest aerospace standards. What You'll Do Lead and perform AS9100 First Article and Final Inspections Create inspection plans and ballooned drawings Own and maintain the calibration system (AS9100 / NIST compliant) Drive root cause analysis and CAPA using 8D, 5 Whys, and data-driven tools Analyze defect trends and quality metrics to drive continuous improvement Support customer and AS9100 audits Partner with Manufacturing, Suppliers, and Customers to resolve quality issues Mentor and support Quality Inspectors What You Bring Aerospace manufacturing experience with AS9100 Strong First Article Inspection skills Hands-on inspection experience (CMM, calipers, micrometers, vision systems) Experience with CAPA, MRB, and problem-solving methodologies Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent experience Why This Role High-impact, hands-on quality leadership Work on precision aerospace components Strong collaboration between Quality and Manufacturing Opportunity to drive real improvement—not just paperwork
