engines, by providing technical direction, maintenance engineering support, and workscope development for inducted engines. Provides powerplant engineering support for all engines overhauled in the MSP Engine Shop, including PW2000 andCFM56-5A
engines. Assists maintenance with all tasks requiring engineering support, including troubleshooting, technical evaluation, repair development, and disposition support. Provides oversight and technical direction for MSP inducted engines, including creation and management of engine workscopes. Supports engine test cell findings by evaluating results, identifying required follow-up actions, and providing technical guidance to maintenance. Develops repairs to engine components, including exhaust nozzles and other related hardware, as needed to support safe and efficient shop execution. Provides engineering insight to maintenance in support of current shop activity and future engine shop capability expansion efforts. Partners with maintenance, planning, and other stakeholders to support safe, compliant, and efficient overhaul execution. Helps ensure technical accuracy and consistency in inducted engine support, shop visit execution, and maintenance engineering processes. Practices safety-conscious behaviors in all operational processes and procedures.
