Job Description Manage supplier quality performance and corrective action activities (SCARs). Investigate supplier-related quality issues and lead root-cause analysis. Monitor supplier quality metrics, trends, and compliance with customer requirements. Partner with Procurement and Operations to drive supplier quality improvements. Support supplier qualification, audits, and performance reviews. Review quality documentation, inspection records, and first article reports. Resolve nonconforming material issues and implement corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve supply chain quality. The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering 2-4 years of quality engineering experience within aerospace manufcaturing. Strong supplier quality background, including corrective actions, audits, and performance management. Experience leading root-cause investigations using tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, 8D, and FMEA. Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 quality management systems. Proven ability to analyze quality data, identify trends, and drive measurable process improvements. Effective cross-functional collaborator with strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable reviewing technical documentation, engineering drawings, and quality records in a regulated environment.
