This is an excellent opportunity to apply your electrical engineering expertise to challenging, hands-on aerospace projects with strong compensation and benefits. Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Reverse engineer aircraft electrical/electromechanical components by creating CAD models, sketches, dimensional analyses, production drawings, and technical documentation.
  • Inspect and analyze sample parts, research component functions and failure modes, establish material/performance specifications and tolerances, and develop repair procedures for failed in-service equipment.
  • Develop and support automated test equipment (ATE) for aircraft electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems using laboratory test equipment and data acquisition systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, manufacturing, procurement, certification teams, and FAA Designated Engineering Representatives to support projects and complete FAA certification packages. Job Requirements Required Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor"s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline, plus 2+ years of relevant design, manufacturing, or quality experience.
  • Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Acrobat, with demonstrated knowledge of drafting standards and technical documentation.
  • Experience with analog/digital interfaces, electrical analysis, laboratory test equipment such as oscilloscopes and logic analyzers, and automated testing/ATE.
  • Familiarity with I/O and data acquisition systems such as NI/LabVIEW, MCCDAQ/DASYLab, or MATLAB; strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Aerospace experience involving avionics, communications, lighting, or aircraft electrical systems, along with familiarity with FAA standards and certification processes.
  • Experience with reverse engineering, circuit board design, shop/repair environments, and hands-on use of tools and equipment. Compensation & Benefits
  • $70,000
  • 105,000, commensurate with experience, plus potential company and individual performance bonuses.
