Job Description

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Strong experience in aircraft powerplant / propulsion systems engineering
  • Knowledge of engine installation, nacelle systems, and propulsion integration
  • Familiar with engine systems (fuel, oil, bleed air, FADEC interfaces)
  • Experience in system integration, design, and certification processes
  • Understanding of aircraft-level system development lifecycle (requirements → design → testing → certification)
  • Knowledge of
FAA/EASA
Part 25 certification requirements for propulsion systems
  • Experience in supplier coordination (engine OEMs, nacelle suppliers)
  • Ability to analyze engine performance, interfaces, and installation constraints
  • Experience in ground and flight test support for propulsion systems. Roles & Responsibilities
  • Support design, development, and integration of aircraft powerplant systems
  • Define and manage propulsion system requirements, architecture, and interfaces
  • Coordinate with engine OEMs and suppliers for system development and integration
  • Support engine installation design, nacelle integration, and system routing
  • Participate in ground and flight testing of propulsion systems
  • Analyse and resolve system integration and performance issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of propulsion-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with
FAA/EASA
certification requirements (Part 25)
  • Review and validate test procedures, qualification reports, and technical documentation
  • Support engineering change management (ECR/ECO/RFC)
  • Collaborate with Fuel Systems, Structures, Systems Installation, and Flight Test teams
  • Prepare technical reports, certification documents, and engineering analyses.
General Managerial Skill:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in multi-disciplinary engineering environments
  • Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Self-driven with strong ownership and accountability
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic programs
Base Salary Range :
$120,000 to $140,000
