Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is seeking an Aircraft Structures Engineer to join our team in Cleveland, OH. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the airworthiness of our fleet through effective engineering solutions and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform structural analysis and design for aircraft components. Review and approve engineering drawings and specifications. Conduct investigations into structural failures and recommend corrective actions. Collaborate with maintenance teams to resolve structural issues. Ensure compliance with FAA regulations and company policies. Prepare reports and documentation for engineering projects. Support the development of maintenance programs and procedures. Participate in safety and quality audits. Provide technical support during aircraft modifications and repairs. Assist in training and mentoring junior engineers.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft structures engineering. Strong knowledge of FAA regulations and airworthiness standards. Proficient in structural analysis software and tools. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
