This is a direct-hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Establish and oversee integration strategies to support production Manage the engineering interface with OEM Lead technical meetings and design reviews Coordinate engineering changes with OEM and stakeholders Oversee and lead the process of manufacturing from OEM to company site Execute plans for testing, delivery, tooling, training, and quality control

Experience Needed:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field Masters Degree is preferred At least 10 years of progressive aerospace or defense engineering experience Experience with UAS or aircraft system integration Experience working with OEM or design authority on defense programs Must have US Citizenship Ability to obtain and maintain a US Government security clearance Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate projects
