Job Description Develop, improve, and support manufacturing processes for precision-machined components. Create, edit, and optimize CNC programs for complex machining applications. Support production teams with process troubleshooting and technical problem-solving. Collaborate with customers to understand manufacturing requirements and provide engineering support. Convert engineering designs and specifications into efficient, repeatable manufacturing processes. Drive improvements in quality, productivity, cost, and delivery performance. Support process validation, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with machining, quality, and leadership teams to achieve operational objectives. Provide technical guidance on machining strategies, tooling selection, and process optimization. Ensure compliance with applicable industry and customer standards. The Successful Applicant Manufacturing Engineering experience within a precision machining environment. Strong CNC programming experience, ideally with multi-axis machining centers. Previous hands-on machining experience, preferably progressing from machinist to engineer. Experience supporting complex machining operations and process development. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal stakeholders. Strong understanding of CNC machining, tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing best practices. Experience working within regulated manufacturing industries is advantageous. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment. Must be a U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder due to regulatory requirements.
