Qualifying Questions:

Are you a U.S. person as defined under ITAR regulations? Do you meet the educational and experience requirements for this role? Can you commute to the job location or relocate if necessary?

Summary:

Perform design analysis and develop dispositions for part/assembly non-conformances Assess repair scenarios for fit, form, and function in compliance with airworthiness requirements Coordinate with cross-functional teams (design, stress, manufacturing) to ensure cost-effective and timely repair solutions Provide customer-facing support and mentor junior engineers Escalate and explain critical technical issues effectively

Requirements:

3-5+ years of MRB/Structures Engineering experience (Boeing preferred) B.S. degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Structural, or Design Engineering from an ABET-accredited institution Boeing MRB signatory or prior delegation highly desired Experience with Boeing commercial products or supply chain (3+ years preferred)

CATIA V5

proficiency for model interrogation/modification Familiarity with TIPQA, MES, and composite/metallic repair methods a plus Previous DOA (Design Organization Approval) experience is a bonus Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
