We are looking for a Senior Aerospace Cybersecurity Engineer with experience in aerospace cybersecurity, embedded systems, and hardware security to support avionics and defense programs. Responsibilities Lead cybersecurity activities for aerospace and avionics systems. Perform threat modeling, risk assessments, and security architecture reviews. Support secure boot, code signing, cryptography, and secure firmware updates. Conduct vulnerability assessments, cybersecurity testing, and penetration testing. Define security measures for embedded systems, controllers, and aircraft platforms. Support aerospace and federal cybersecurity compliance requirements. Review customer requirements, RFIs/RFQs, and support proposal activities. Work with customers, federal contractors, and engineering teams. Support lab testing and occasional onsite customer and aircraft assessments. Required Skills 8+ years of cybersecurity engineering experience. 3+ years of aerospace cybersecurity experience. Experience with aerospace threat modeling and risk assessments. Embedded systems and hardware security experience. Knowledge of cryptography, code signing, secure boot, and root-of-trust concepts.
