Position summary s. Implement and monitor supplier part qualification and certification processes (PPAP, Run-at-Rate). Improve quality performance of suppliers by conducting onsite workshops at supplier locations, providing technical assistance in developing a robust quality system, or other technical support as required. Provide technical assistance during supplier launch, change-over and ongoing production activities. Up to 50% of domestic and international travel required. Hybrid Work Policy - 3 days In-office, 2 days remote - Must be able to report to local office.

REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, related field of study and Two years of experience as a Manufacturing Engineer, Defect Engineer, or related role.

Two years of experience with:

Fundamental supplier quality processes including APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process); Print reading and interpretation, part measurement, gage design and function; Geometric design and tolerancing (GD&T); Probability, statistical quality control and design of experiments; Microsoft project with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; Constraint management- Critical Path Analysis; and Quality standard

IATF 16949.
