AM Description:
Role Summary Support product design, testing, analysis, and continuous improvement for engineering projects and subsystems. Work within a team environment, contribute to design reviews, and provide technical guidance when needed. Key Responsibilities Analyze information and define methods, processes, equipment, and systems for manufacturing/materials processes. Develop engineering solutions and feasibility/testing approaches; support implementation and validation. Assist with engineering standards, specifications, inspections, and compliance activities. Identify process/system gaps and implement improvements through established change-management processes. Work within project plans to achieve defined engineering goals. Evaluate engineering outcomes and recommend corrective or improvement actions. Maintain knowledge of engineering technology, regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Participate in training, coaching, and professional development activities. Required Skills & Abilities Work independently with minimal supervision. Provide technical guidance on advanced engineering technologies, methods, tools, processes, and software. Execute engineering designs and development activities. Develop technical specifications and related engineering documentation. Test, evaluate, and improve engineering solutions. Build and implement engineering solutions and evaluate results. Apply safe systems of work and engineering practices. Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of education/experience. NIT Pay:
$40.00 - $44.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Application Question(s): Do you have a PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Agricultural Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, or a related field? Do you have professional experience working with agricultural data, such as crop, soil, weather, field, scouting, or farm equipment data? Do you have experience using ArcGIS Pro or QGIS for agricultural or precision-agriculture projects, including GPS/GNSS, remote sensing, or satellite data? Do you have experience using R or Databricks for data analysis, statistics, visualization, or reporting?
