Job Description
The 2027 Summer Internship Program will run from May 17, 2027, through August 6, 2027. Candidates must be available to start on May 17 and participate through the duration of the program. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for: Work within multi-discipline team to design and develop components and systems (mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, software programming). Product documentation including Creo solid modeling, print creation, release process. Source, build and evaluate prototype designs. Perform evaluations (physical and FEA) by collecting and analyzing data and report results to the team. Collaborate across all functions of the business and learn about what it takes to be a great team. What Do You Need? To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements: Must be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline at an accredited college or university and be entering junior year or higher. Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across design, test, manufacturing, and marketing teams. Experience designing, developing, testing, or operating off-road equipment is a plus. What Can We Give You?
