D&L Foundry is looking for an Entry Level Engineer or Design Drafter to assist our Plant Engineer/Maintenance Team with various projects around the plant. This is a heavy manufacturing environment and you will be expected to be out in the plant.

Duties:

Measure castings, equipment, and components for modeling Model equipment and components using SolidWorks software Create measured drawings from models using SolidWorks software Participate in field measurement of equipment Possibly assist in construction/installation of equipment/components designed Possibly participate in pattern making and production to learn processes.

Skills Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or College level student enrolled in engineering and/or drafting program Experience with 3D modeling software, preferably SolidWorks Able to accurately use precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and height gauges
