- Purpose of the
Position:
- The Solar Module Commercial Development Manager will lead efforts to expand AMPS' market presence, increase sales of solar modules, and build strong relationships with our business partners, customers and industry stakeholders. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, driving revenue growth, and contributing to the company's long-term success in the solar energy industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Development:
- + Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for solar modules. + Work with PLMs, GA, and Legal teams to understand solar policies, drive market research efforts, promote AMPS' value proposition, and track competitor activities. + Identify, evaluate, and prioritize module market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Customer
Relationship Management:
- + Partner with AMPS' sales agent to build and maintain strong relationships with potential solar modules customers in both Utility and DG sectors.
Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- + Maintain a deep understanding of AMPS' solar module product offerings and technical specifications. + Educate customers and partners on the benefits of the company's solar modules and solar energy in general. + Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
- Education and Experience
- + Bachelor's preferred or equivalent work experience + Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management within the renewable energy or solar industry (minimum 3-5 years).
- Required Skills
- + Strong knowledge of solar modules, technology, and the solar energy market. + Excellent negotiation and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. + Willingness to travel as needed.
- Desired Skills
- + Technical knowledge of solar energy systems and components. + Ability to speak multiple languages.

- The range for this position is $123,572.00 - $169,912.00 assuming full time status. Starting pay for the successful applicant is dependent on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
