Job Description
JOB SUMMARY:
- The Energy Efficiency Manager is responsible for leading a team to implement the Georgia Public Service Commission approved Commercial Energy Efficiency programs and initiatives across the state to meet regulated targets within budgets.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- + Lead a team of Program Managers, Analysts, and external vendors to implement the energy efficiency and demand reduction programs and initiatives that were approved in the 2025 Georgia Power Integrated Resource Plan.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred Education & Experience
- + 4-year accredited degree with additional consideration given for advanced degrees and/or relevant industry certifications including CDSM, CEM, and BPI.
- Knowledge & Skills
- + Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment across multiple teams, with experience prioritizing time-sensitive projects and producing quality results.
