Program Manager - Hybrid#26-05710 Newark, NJ Onsite Contract Starts 6/15/2026 Job Description Genesis10 is currently seeking a Program Manager (Hybrid) for a contract position with a Major Utility Company in Newark, NJ. This position will work onsite.

Pay range:

$63.00 - $73.00 per hour, W2. This role involves providing program management oversight for energy efficiency projects, ensuring theyply with all requirements, meet budget, and ad to schedule. The ideal candidate will manage vendor relationships, interface with customers, and ensure a high level of satisfaction while overseeing project quality control.

Responsibilities:

Provide program management oversight over scope, schedule and budget of energy efficiency projects inpliance with regulatory orders andpany procedures Develop and maintain the processes for implementing energy efficiency projects and programs Interface with internal associates, vendors, customers and outside consultants to assure program rules and requirements are maintained Perform and oversee program and project QA/QC as required; knowledge in energy savings measures and techniques Manage customer relationships to provide program services with a high level of customer satisfaction Coordinate and direct the activities of vendors and contractors, review vendor deliverables, monitor performance, and process invoices Ensure vendor and employeepliance with safety protocols and practices Compile and analyze data from various projects to monitor the status of customer projects and report to management Analyze performance results for management reports and provide monthly project status forecasts Perform project site visits as required

Requirements:

B.S. Degree plus 5 years of experience in energy efficiency programs, construction, or related fields In lieu of a degree, 9 years of experience in the space of energy efficiency programs, construction, or related field Experience processing milestone-based construction payments and forecasting financial spend Knowledge of energy efficiency measures, implementation, and cost Demonstrated excellentmunication skills (oral and written) Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel & MS Word) Commitment to process improvement and attention to detail Knowledge of CEF energy efficiency orders and related frameworks Able to travel within the service territory to conduct meetings, perform inspections, and manage relationships with contractors Valid US driver's license and reliable transportation Desired skills: Vendor management and invoicing skills Building Performance Institute Certifications Certified Energy Manager Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
