Apply Now As a Senior Manager - Energy Solutions (Midwest) here at Honeywell, you will lead and oversee the successful execution of energy-related customer programs. You will be responsible for managing and delivering complex energy programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and driving program performance to meet business goals and customer requirements. You will report directly to our leadership team and you'll work out of our Chicago, IL or Minneapolis, MN location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and enhancement of energy programs, contributing to Honeywell Building Automation's mission to provide safe, energy-efficient, sustainable, and productive building solutions. Your leadership will ensure program quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, supporting the company's growth in the energy sector.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and oversee the execution of complex energy customer programs within scope, schedule, and budget
- Ensure alignment of energy programs with strategic business objectives and customer requirements
- Identify and mitigate program risks and issues to maintain program health and delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers to ensure program success and stakeholder satisfaction
- Provide leadership and guidance to program teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Monitor and report program performance metrics to senior management

Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geographic location, and business needs. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, subject to applicable plan terms and company policies. - Minimum of 8 years of experience in program management or related roles within the energy or building automation sector with ESPC or EPC delivery models
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to manage complex customer programs
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to align programs with business goals
- Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including risk management and issue resolution
- Experience managing programs with multiple stakeholders in a matrix organization
