In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance activities, order materials, and implement safety protocols. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and technical excellence. Responsibilities Oversee the daily operations of solar power projects, ensuring optimal performance and energy output. Coordinate maintenance schedules for equipment Lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical issues using engineering troubleshooting techniques and technical proficiency. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and respiratory protection. Manage emergency response readiness by developing protocols for system failures or environmental incidents. Supervise a team of technicians and operational staff, providing leadership, training, and performance feedback. Review plan sets to support maintenance planning and system upgrades. Conduct regular inspections of solar installations Maintain detailed records of equipment maintenance, safety audits, incident reports, and material costs to maintain profitability Requirements 3-8 years of managing residential solar installations Extensive experience in running construction teams/ sub-contractors Experience in negotiating material pricing/ sourcing affordable material Familiarity with maintaining job costs to ensure profitability. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively while maintaining high safety standards in outdoor work environments. Excellent math skills for data analysis and operational calculations. Ability to maintain SLAs and reduce sales to project completion timelines.
