at Convergence Energy, LLC in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, United States Job Description Position Summary Convergence Energy is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager - Battery Storage & Solar to lead the successful execution of distributed energy projects from pre-construction through commissioning and client turnover. This role is responsible for managing all phases of project delivery, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between clients, engineering partners, utilities, equipment suppliers, contractors, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The successful candidate will oversee planning, procurement support, construction execution, commissioning, and closeout while proactively managing schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and plays a key role in supporting Convergence Energy's continued rapid growth as a trusted leader and delivery partner for innovative distributed energy solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead multiple storage and solar projects from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout. Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk. Coordinate engineering consultants, contractors, utilities, AHJs, suppliers, and clients. Support procurement activities, equipment delivery, and contract administration. Review construction progress, approve payment applications, and manage change orders. Lead project meetings and provide executive-level status reporting. Support commissioning, startup, performance testing, and project turnover. Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
