Job Description

Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY
Performs evaluations, repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance on devices/networks/software used in the care and treatment of patients at UHS facilities, affiliates, and other institutions that have UHS relationships either owned or contractual. Ensures that all patients receive the safest and best possible experience while at the facilities serviced by the UHS HTM Program. Delivers exceptional customer service to patients, physicians, nurses, technicians, administrators and all persons who are contacted during the course of their service. Delivers service that meets and exceeds all applicable regulatory requirements and compliance. Assists UHS HTM leadership with developing and strengthening facility and vendor relationships. Executes and meets all requirements of the established key performance indicators (KPI's). Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience with healthcare technology management programs preferred. 2. Medical equipment knowledge preferred 3. ACI Certification preferred (CABT, CBET, CRES, CLES or CHTM). 4. Understanding of regulatory requirements for medical devices preferred. 5. Strong computer skills (proficient with Microsoft products), experience with CMMS products 6. Strong planning and organization skills. Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills 7. Travel will be required periodically
