POSITION SUMMARY
Arch Dental Arts is seeking an experienced Dental Laboratory CAD/CAM Team Member proficient in scanning, milling and 3-Shape design to join our talented team in Birmingham, Alabama. Join a technology-driven, fast-growing dental laboratory where you will have the opportunity to expand your skills and gain experience with 3-Shape, EXOCAD and prosthetic design. Key Responsibilities Review and interpret dental prescriptions and technical specifications for complete and correct information Accurately enter case and patient information into Lab software and workflow. Scan cases into 3Shape system following standard procedures and protocols. Nest/Mill/Print Zirconia and resin materials utilizing state-of-the-art technology. Ensure all steps are taken to ensure accurate and consistent results. Collaborate with dentists and internal technicians whenever necessary Perform quality checks and support day-to-day workflow Qualifications & Requirements Minimum of 3 years of work-related experience Must be comfortable working in a team environment Experience with 3-Shape and implant-supported prosthetic design Strong understanding of dental anatomy, occlusion, and morphology High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment EXOCAD experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay with bonus potential Top-tier Employee Benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, Life 401k with company match Paid Time off (PTO) plus paid holidays Arch Dental Arts prioritizes training and professional development
