Full-Time About the Position We are seeking a motivated Junior CAD Drafter to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in drafting and design while working alongside experienced professionals on lighting, electrical, and utility-related projects. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Create and revise drawings using AutoCAD. Prepare plan sets, details, and as-built drawings. Assist project managers with drafting tasks. Maintain drawing standards and project documentation. Review drawings for accuracy and completeness. Coordinate revisions and updates based on project requirements. Organize and manage electronic drawing files. QualificationsRequired High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with AutoCAD. Basic understanding of technical drawings and drafting principles. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Associate degree or certificate in Drafting, CAD Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field. Experience with Civil 3D, Revit, or similar design software. Previous internship or drafting experience. Knowledge of electrical, lighting, civil, or utility design.
