The temporary summer role is designed for undergraduate students about to begin their Junior or Senior year to take on a 10-12-week position where they will work closely with the team, apply their knowledge and enhance their skills in a variety of CAD Design areas using SolidWorks. This is an onsite position held at our corporate office located in City of Industry, California.

Position Summary:

Design:

Create detailed 3D parts, assemblies, and drawings in SolidWorks.

Develop:

Help develop trailer assemblies and key sub‑assemblies (including structural, sheet‑metal, and welded components).

Configure and Modify:

Configure and modify production designs using our established options and design standards.

Specify Materials and Components:

Work with materials including various types of steel, aluminum, wood, plastic, urethane foams, fasteners, and components.

Collaborate:

Work with our production team in the design and processing of orders.

Requirements:

Student currently in an engineering or technology program (associate or bachelor's). Other majors or recent graduates may also be considered. Working knowledge of CAD software (SolidWorks preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and good math skills. Attention to detail and a positive, collaborative attitude.

Reasoning Ability:

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Regularly exercises discretion and the ability to prioritize workload.

• 25•30 hours per week (June 2026 to August 31, 2026) Not eligible for health benefits.
