$80,000-$105,000 annually Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) 1st Shift Schedule Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Structural Designer to join our team in East Los Angeles, CA. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company specializing in everything from basic shipping cases to high-end, value-added Point-of-Purchase displays. Our facility utilizes flexographic, offset, and digital printing to produce folding cartons and permanent displays. Key Responsibilities Design structural packaging and P.O.P. corrugated displays using ArtiosCAD. Collaborate with the P.O.P. corrugated design and production teams. Translate engineering concepts and calculations into accurate 2D and 3D structural designs. Develop precise production-ready drawings and specifications. Ensure all measurements and structural details meet quality and manufacturing standards. Utilize CAD software, including ArtiosCAD, AutoCAD, and Revit, as needed. Qualifications Strong experience in structural design within corrugated packaging or P.O.P. display manufacturing. Proficiency with ArtiosCAD is required. Production experience in the packaging or display industry is highly preferred. Experience creating accurate 2D and 3D CAD drawings. Exceptional attention to detail and measurement accuracy. Associate's degree in Drafting or a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent experience).
