Coordinate with project teams on project scheduling, budgeting, and construction estimating to ensure timely delivery. Assist in construction management activities such as site visits and contract administration to ensure design integrity during execution. Manage project workflows using project management tools while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints. Qualifications Develop conceptual designs and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, ArchiCAD, SketchUp, and other CAD software tools. Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and budgeting practices for architectural projects. Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainable design principles. Strong drafting skills with attention to detail; ability to produce clear technical drawings. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.

Pay:

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour
