Full-Time What You'll Do Create, update, and maintain digital patterns and technical drawings using CAD software Develop layouts to optimize fabric usage and minimize material waste Convert sketches, prototypes, and specifications into production-ready CAD files Collaborate with engineering, product development, and manufacturing teams Support pattern adjustments based on sampling, fit testing, and production feedback Maintain organized CAD libraries, pattern files, and technical documentation Assist in troubleshooting manufacturing and production issues related to patterns and designs Support product development efforts through sizing, material, and pattern documentation What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent practical experience Experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Gerber, or similar systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications Experience in commercial sewing, textiles, upholstery, soft goods, or related manufacturing environments Knowledge of pattern making, grading, marker making, or fabric optimization Understanding of sewing construction and manufacturing processes Experience working in a production or manufacturing setting
