In this role, you will conduct site visits on construction job sites to obtain necessary information regarding various architectural and engineering projects. You will need to be able to travel to different locations throughout South Florida will need to be able to work in various weather conditions. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects and develop your skills within a collaborative environment. Responsibilities Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings based on project requirements, sketches, and specifications. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to interpret design concepts and translate them into technical plans. Ensure all drawings adhere to relevant codes, standards, and client guidelines while maintaining high accuracy. Revise and update drawings as needed throughout the project lifecycle to reflect changes or improvements. Prepare detailed documentation for fabrication, construction, or manufacturing processes. Maintain organized digital files of all drawings and related project documentation for easy retrieval and version control. Assist in quality checks by reviewing drawings for errors or inconsistencies before final submission. Experience Proven experience as a CAD Drafter or similar role within architecture, engineering, or manufacturing industries. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, or equivalent tools. Strong understanding of drafting standards, building codes, and technical specifications. Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce precise and clear technical drawings. Effective communication skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. A relevant diploma or certification in drafting, engineering technology, or related fields is preferred.
