Job Description Submittal Requirements AWI certification with the ability to read, engage and interpret plans, specs, and pricing to break down and manage a team of draftsmen towards the completion of complex high end millwork projects. This includes material selections and vendor positioning prior to supply chain processing. Group and direct the positioning and layout of drawings to meet AWI specifications as well company requirements that make sense and make for easy review. Direct collection of samples and prototypes used in in approval and review process. Direct collection of specified content for use in review, approval, and purchasing process. Review, advise and amend drawing packages with a clear understanding what is sold, what was specified and what was amended via Value added and Value engineered processes during quoting and build review. Group and direct completion of submittal drawings that can be easily reviewed and approved by project authority. Direct combination of samples for easy review and purposeful presentation. Direct coalition of specified content for easy review, approval, and use. Coordinate with PreCon and Project Management team for pricing and scope review prior to submittal.
