Position Responsibilities Detail concept development, system design, and installation for HVAC systems Detail and produce drawings of metal fabrication components for the HVAC industry Provide HVAC equipment quotations for project estimates Effectively use CAD and Revit software to accurately detail HVAC layouts Interpret information from sketches, blueprints, existing drawings, electronic images, along with written and verbal descriptions, to detail HVAC layout and systems and components Collaborate with estimators and project managers in project preparation of construction drawings and specifications Familiar with Code and assist in design reviews/studies Desired Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering preferred, candidates who have successfully completed technical training programs will be considered 2+ years of drafting experience in related field Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software Ability to interpret architectural drawings, complex mechanical systems and component layout, diagrams and schematic Experience drafting and designing with sheet metal products and layout Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High attention to detail, excellent communication skills Must reside on Oahu and be eligible to work in the United States Benefits we offer Competitive salaries, medical/dental/vision/drug insurance, holidays, vacation, paid time off, flexible spending plan, 401(k) retirement plan and group life insurance.
