This role requires an advanced degree of technical proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and a methodical approach to land survey data translation. The position involves a high level of coordination with multidisciplinary survey teams, ensuring the integrity of project deliverables across the entire development lifecycle. We are seeking a motivated professional who prioritizes precision and possesses the technical expertise required to contribute to projects of significant regional impact. Summary We are seeking skilled CAD Technicians to join our team at ControlPoint Surveying, Inc. As a CAD Technician, you will play a vital role in creating detailed drawings that support our land surveying operations. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the success of our projects. Responsibilities Create detailed CAD drawings based on survey data. Utilize software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D to produce accurate surveys. Assist in the preparation of project documentation and reports. Review and revise drawings based on feedback from team members or clients. Minimum Qualifications Minimum 2 years' professional experience in CAD drafting is preferred. Proficiency in AutoCAD and experience with Revit is highly desirable. Strong drafting skills with attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaboration within the team.
