Engineering We are seeking a skilled SolidWorks Designer with strong CAD experience to join our team. This is a design-centric role focused on creating, improving, and supporting mechanical products and components. A strong candidate will be creative, self-motivated, and able to independently conceptualize and model complex parts, assemblies, and mechanical systems from idea to finished design. The ideal person is comfortable taking ownership of projects, solving design challenges, and turning concepts into practical manufacturable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and revise 3D models, assemblies, and detailed manufacturing drawings in SolidWorks Develop accurate part, assembly, and production documentation Collaborate with engineering, production, and purchasing teams on design updates and improvements Maintain drawing revisions, BOMs, and technical files Assist with product improvements, custom designs, and troubleshooting existing products Ensure designs meet manufacturing and quality standards

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in SolidWorks CAD required Experience with mechanical design, manufacturing drawings, and assemblies preferred Associate degree in Drafting, Design, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred Equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

CSWE (Certified SolidWorks Expert) certification is a plus Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
