Job Description

This position is a part-time, temporary position filled each semester on an as-needed basis.
Major Responsibilities include:
Maintain a safe lab environment Maintain lab equipment ( 3D printers, Desktop Printer, Large Plotter, Laser Cutters) Assist students in the operation of equipment and lab activities Lab projects Maintain logs Maintain materials
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma required; good communication skills; ability to work independently Familiarity with Design Projects Familiarity with 3D printing Familiarity with printing Basic CAD knowledge (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360 Basic troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with 3D printing, including changing settings and experimenting with different techniques Experience with editing printing settings Advanced CAD knowledge (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Fusion 360
