Hourly Rate :
$22 - 32 Commensurate (dependent on experience, education, and qualifications)
Profit-Sharing Bonus :
Semi-annual, performance-based (10% to 20% of salary)

Your Role:
3D Drafter What You'll Do Perform complex drafting assignments related to electric substation applications. Follow established technical specifications to prepare drawings and assist in design drafting. Interpret redline revisions and implement detailed corrections. Consult with engineers regarding drawing accuracy, design, and drafting standards. Prepare finished working drawings for construction and relocation projects from a basic design by designers and engineers. What You Bring - Requirements Experience using AutoCAD to create technical drawings. Prior 3D modeling experience or background working with electrical substations. Education Either an Associate's degree in Drafting (or a related field), OR a High School Diploma paired with 2+ years of hands-on AutoCAD experience. skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and set priorities effectively.
