Job Description

Join our Customer Experience team and be part of a dynamic environment where you'll help jewelers worldwide create unforgettable moments for their customers! As a member of the CAD/CAM Customization department, you'll work with a wide range of customization options, from minor style adjustments to fully personalized designs, allowing you to help jewelers craft one-of-a-kind pieces tailored to their customers! The CAD Custom Design Trainee role is focused on creating and modifying digital models of custom jewelry to be ready for production. This role operates in a fast-paced environment that encourages growth for self-driven individuals and is part of a team that leads and advances CAD/CAM technology within the jewelry industry. Key Responsibilities Prepare and optimize CAD files for digital manufacturing processes. Navigate multiple file paths to access and manage CAD/CAM files effectively. Maintain a clear understanding of the CAD/CAM workflow and processes. Ensure work output meets established error standards and quality benchmarks. Demonstrate exceptional work ethic and foster a positive, collaborative work environment. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Proficiency with CAD software. Familiarity with navigating complex file structures. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Ability to work independently and stay organized in a fast-paced setting. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to evolving technology. Preferred Qualifications Associate's/Bachelor's degree or certification in jewelry design or a related field. Advanced proficiency in CAD software and design principles. Previous experience in digital manufacturing or CAD/CAM operations.
