WPS Industries and Eagle Project Services currently has opening in both West Monroe and Ruston, Louisiana for an Entry Level Drafter and an experienced Drafter/Designer. We are searching for self-directed, organized and detail oriented individuals to join our team. These positions will support our company's Engineering, Fabrication and Construction/Installation divisions. The ideal candidates will have a strong foundation in drafting software, an attention to detail and the ability to produce a high quality, timely product.

Job Requirements:

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting/design, Engineering Technoloy, Construction Engineering Technology, Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience. Experience using AutoCAD, Revit and Inventor or similar design software in the workplace. Basic understanding of structural and mechanical disciplines. Previous design experience is preferred. Capable of taking a concept and work through the design, details, and troubleshooting process.
