Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a CAD Designer to join our growing team. Our company specializes in large-scale multi-residential and light commercial new construction projects (major apartment and condo developments) and we're continuing to expand. With a team of 250+ tradesmen, a state-of-the-art facility, a large fabrication shop, and a strong reputation in the industry, we invest heavily in our people. From ongoing safety training to the latest in mechanical codes and product innovation, we make sure our team stays ahead. Responsibilties:
Preparing, plan, section, isometric, and detail drawings for various HVAC/Plumbing systems. Develop detailed schematics for mechanical components and systems. Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements for the HVAC/Plumbing design Ensuring HVAC/Plumbing models meet design standards. Providing input on CAD standards and workflows. Assist in the build process by providing accurate design documentation
Qualifications:
Proven proficiency in Autocad, Autocad Fabrication, and Revit softwares Knowledge in design drawing production. Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for large projects.
