CAD Designer

Our company specializes in large-scale multi-residential and light commercial new construction projects (major apartment and condo developments) and we're continuing to expand. Responsibilties:

Preparing, plan, section, isometric, and detail drawings for various HVAC/Plumbing systems. Develop detailed schematics for mechanical components and systems. Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements for the HVAC/Plumbing design Ensuring HVAC/Plumbing models meet design standards. Providing input on CAD standards and workflows. Assist in the build process by providing accurate design documentation

Qualifications:

Proven proficiency in Autocad, Autocad Fabrication, and Revit softwares Knowledge in design drawing production. Experience leading and coordinating drawing production for large projects.
