Our organization is currently seeking a CAD Engineer. A successful candidate will be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required: Responsible for ensuring effective, consistent drawings and technical documentation contributes to parts being produced and installed with first time quality Responsible for ensuring effective, consistent drawings and technical documentation contributes to parts being produced and installed efficiently to meet cost targets Support engineers in ensuring products meet manufacturing standards and requirements to meet On Time Delivery commitments Collaboratively work with design engineers and manufacturing engineers to incorporate best practices for drawing standards Responsible for creating and maintaining clear installation instructions that contribute to product being installed efficiently with first time quality Support in creating & maintaining drawing standards and requirements Responsible for converting and maintaining accurate CAD models to be used by other areas of the business Other duties as required The key behaviors / skills required for this role are: Effective Communication Critical Thinking Initiative Adaptability Accountability Teamwork Growth Mindset Customer Centricity Education required for this role: Associate Degree or Trade School Certification in Computer-Aided Design Manufacturing experience preferred Proficient in 3D CAD modeling and detail drawing creation; formal training in
