is a locally owned and operated company seeking a Commercial Cabinet Drafter to join our team. We want someone who is exceptionally detail oriented, highly organized, flexible to change, and thrives in a small office environment.

Job Description:

• Design and draft commercial custom cabinets from blueprints and customer specifications using AutoCad software to ensure proper cabinet fit and function.
• Work closely with the Project Manager and Estimator while creating drawings for customer approval.
• Document design specifications such as material and hardware selections, design and other details as requested by the customer.
• Communicate design ideas clearly both visually and verbally, and proactively follow-up with cost and scheduling updates to clients during the design process.
• Work closely with production staff to ensure manufacturability and coordinate accurate and realistic schedules.
• Program cabinet components using Cabinet Vision.

Job Requirements:

• Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with custom cabinet engineering software Cabinet Vision software is preferred, and experience with AutoCad.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints and drawings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently within a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:
