CAD Technician / AutoCAD Drafter Stone Fabricators is a leading custom countertop fabrication and installation company specializing in granite, quartz, quartzite, marble, porcelain, and other premium surfaces. We are looking for a detail-oriented CAD Technician/AutoCAD Drafter to join our team. Responsibilities Create and modify AutoCAD drawings from field templates. Dimension, label, and organize drawings for production. Generate clean, professional PDF drawings for internal use and customer approvals. Review customer and architectural drawings and extract only the countertop information needed for fabrication. Update and revise drawings as customer changes occur throughout the project. Communicate proactively through email regarding drawing revisions, questions, and project updates. Perform data entry with a high degree of accuracy. Work closely with sales, templaters, production, and project managers to ensure drawings are accurate and up to date. Identify and resolve drawing conflicts before production begins. Qualifications Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 , including Outlook and Excel. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the natural stone, quartz, or countertop fabrication industry. Experience reading architectural and construction drawings.
