Our client is seeking an experienced CAD Designer to join their growing team in Greenville, NC. This role will support commercial site development projects from design through construction.

Responsibilities:

Prepare civil site design drawings using Autodesk Civil 3D Develop plans for grading, drainage, stormwater management, roadways, parking lots, sidewalks, and utilities Assist with surveying and site development design Collaborate with engineers and project teams to produce accurate construction documents Support commercial projects including big box retailers and convenience stores Job Requirements; 5+ years in land development required Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering required Civil 3D proficiency is required Site planning experience is preferred experience in storm water design is preferred By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, Al-generated calls, text messages, or emails from Synerfac Technical Staffing and our contracted partners.
